Agile Coach Alliance Trainer
Step 1: Prerequisites
AgileCoachAlliance.org is looking for professionals with deep experience as trainers who are interested in helping others learn how to apply Agile Coaching, Agile HR, Business Agility 6 Enterprise Agile Coach in a professional setting.

- Have experience as Agile Coach, Agile Hr, Business Agility or Enterprise Agile Coach
- Promoted and supported Agile Coach as defined in the guide.
- Have provided classroom training or coaching
- Have achieved at least a 95% score on the Agile Coach or Agile HR or Enterprise Agile Coach or Business Agility assessment.
Step 2: Submit an Application
If you possess the qualifications we’re looking for and want to join an amazing community of fellow trainers, we want to get to know you! Our application (below) gives you an opportunity to tell us about your experience and motivations for becoming a ACT.
Please include on your application some challenges you’ve faced coaching Agile teams and how you have dealt with them.
Applications will be reviewed and follow-up conversations will be scheduled to determine next steps.
Fee: There is no application fee.
Instead, a score of 95% on Agile Coach assessment is needed to submit your application ($150 USD per attempt).

Step 3: Get Trained
AgileCoachAlliance.org invites qualified trainer candidates to attend a designated train-the-trainer (TTT) course.
Do not register as a trainer candidate for a TTT-qualifying course until your application has been approved. The TTT for ACT is a special 3-day event consisting of a 2-day Applying Professional Agile Coach course followed by a 1-day session for trainer candidates only.
All candidates are evaluated and given feedback by the instructor. Instructor approval is required to continue the ACT process.
Note that trainers in secondary markets may be eligible to receive discounted registration.

Step 4: Assessments and Interviews
Once candidates attend the training and receive instructor approval to move to the next step, we will delve deeper into your knowledge, training skills, and your plans to contribute to the AgileCoach community through a one hour interview with other trainers and/or advisory board members.
Step 5: Join the AC Community!
Review and agree to all the terms of being a ACT, which are contained in the trainer license.
Two key terms include teaching Agile Coach courses using only standard AgileCoach courseware and participating in one in-person Global Trainer Meeting each year.
Fee:
For trainers who teach in primary markets, the first year license fee is $995 USD (discounts exist for secondary/tertiary markets).
For trainers who teach in secondary markets, the first year license fee is $695 USD (discounts exist for secondary/tertiary markets).
Ongoing costs once licensed to teach: Each time you teach the course, you pay a per-student fee to AgileCoachAlliance.org
Note that trainers in secondary/tertiary markets receive discounted pricing on per student licenses.
Cost to join Global Trainer Meetings: All ACs attend one exclusive Global Trainer Meeting each license-year term. There is no fee to join these events, however, travel may be necessary. Several choices are available each year in the US and Europe.
